Agenda
The purpose of the meeting is to decide what we want to change, how to make the change and how to evaluate the change.
Mission Statement

- Increase participation and inclusion of those seeking God within the ministries of Grace church
- Develop and practice ways of bringing deeper spirituality and healing into the lives of parishioners and our neighbors.

10:20-10:30 Healthy Church
a. What is a healthy church?
b. Review functions identified at last meeting
c. Add or subtract for healthy church
10:30-11:00 Assess healthy functions at Grace
a. What is it like when it’s healthy?
b. Rate Grace 1=not well, 2 ok, 3 very well
c. Observations including does the function relate to goal and mission
11:00-12:00 Create a Health Improvement Plan for Grace
a. Which functions need our attention today?
b. What change do we need?
c. Who will work to figure out how change will happen
12:00-12:20. How functions will be evaluated and adjustments made?
12:20-12:30 Closing Prayer
