Procter Camp Registration Info

Attention kids in grades 4-12:  

2016 CAMP DATES
Boys & Girls Camp
Grades 4 & 5   *   June 14 - 18
Senior High Camp
Grades 10 - 12   *   June 20 - June 25
Intermediate Camp
Grades 8 & 9   *   June 27 - July 2
Creative Arts Camp
Grades 6 - 12   *   July 11 - 16
Junior Camp
Grades 6 & 7   *   July 25 - July 30
Family Camp I:
June 10 - 12
Registration begins at 1:00 pm with closing Eucharist being held at 3:00 pm on June 12th.
Family Camp II: July 6 - 9
Registration begins at 4:00 pm with closing Eucharist being held at 10:00 am on July 9th.   
Family Camp III: August 3 - 6
Registration begins at 4:00 pm with closing Eucharist being held at 10:00 am on August 6th.

Grace Church has been working very hard to hit our goal of $150. in donations each week with the hope of helping send our kids to camp at a reduced/free rate. The total camp cost for all grades is: $275.00. Grade level goes by rising grade level, so what grade they will be in the following school year.  Please see the registration form link below:

 ALSO: there are a couple ways this summer to stay involved while you are away from camp:
Sign up to be a camp staff sponsor - this entails praying for this staffer throughout the summer and possibly having some correspondence through snail mail as well.

Grace Church Annual Meeting

The time has come! The Grace Church Annual Meeting will take place on Sunday, February 21st. The Annual Meeting is a time to celebrate our successes, acknowledge our Challenges of 2015 and look to the future. There will be a light lunch after the 10am service.

We will hold elections for the wardens, parish life, outreach, mission council and Diocesan convention delegates.  Currently, the following people have agreed to serve if elected.

Vision Presentation

A message from our current Senior Warden, Carol Lyon…

Last Spring members of the Grace community came together to suggest what they would like to see in the future.  The Vision Committee worked hard all summer and fall to take those ideas and put them together into a cohesive picture and to prioritize them.  They will present their findings at the meeting. And on March 6 we will meet again after the service to give the vision committee our feedback, questions, support for which ideas, suggested changes, etc.
